Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 June 2026
1. About us
These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or book an appointment with Renewed Tuina Massage (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Our contact details are:
Address: 20 Haslett Avenue W, Crawley, RH10 1HS, United Kingdom
Telephone: +44 7495 761525
Email: info@renewedtuinamassage.co.uk
Please read these terms before booking an appointment. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and our Booking Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
We provide sports-therapy and wellbeing services, including Tuina sports massage, Tok Sen therapy, cupping and vagus nerve regulation treatments.
Our services are intended to support wellbeing, recovery and physical performance. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care or treatment from an appropriately qualified medical professional.
We do not guarantee a particular result from any treatment.
3. Booking appointments
Appointments can be booked from 5 hours before the appointment start time and up to 20 days in advance.
Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation. Please check the service, date, time and price carefully.
You must provide accurate contact and booking information. Please tell us promptly if your details change.
4. Prices and payment
The price shown when you make your booking is the price payable for that appointment, unless there is an obvious error.
We may change our prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an appointment that has already been confirmed.
Where payment is taken online, it will be processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment-card details.
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment through the My Appointments section of our website or by contacting us.
A rescheduling request must be received more than 4 hours before the appointment start time.
Requests made within 4 hours of the appointment start time may be treated as a late cancellation because the reserved appointment slot may be difficult to fill.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your appointment through the My Appointments section of our website or by contacting us.
If you cancel more than 4 hours before the appointment start time, any payment already taken for that appointment will be refunded.
If you cancel within 4 hours of the appointment start time or do not attend your appointment, we may retain or charge up to the full appointment price where this reasonably reflects the loss caused by the reserved appointment slot.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to reduce our loss, including considering whether the appointment slot could be offered to another customer.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Online and telephone bookings
Where consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel an online or telephone booking, your statutory rights apply in addition to these terms.
If you ask us to provide a treatment during a statutory cancellation period, you expressly request that the service starts before that period has ended.
Where permitted by law, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for a service that has already been provided at your request. Once a treatment has been fully performed, your statutory cancellation right may end where the law permits this and you have given the required acknowledgement.
8. Late arrival
Please arrive on time.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid affecting other customers. The full appointment price may still apply.
If you arrive too late for the treatment to be provided safely or effectively, we may treat the booking as a missed appointment.
9. Health information and treatment suitability
You must tell us about any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, medications or other health concerns before your treatment.
You must answer health-related questions honestly and tell us if your health circumstances change.
We may refuse, pause or adapt a treatment where we reasonably consider this necessary for your safety or wellbeing. Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek advice from a medical professional before receiving treatment.
In an emergency, call 999 or seek urgent medical assistance.
10. Your conduct
You must behave respectfully towards our practitioners, staff and other customers.
We may refuse or end a treatment where a customer behaves in an abusive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate or unsafe manner. We may also refuse future bookings where reasonably necessary to protect our practitioners, staff or customers.
11. When we need to cancel or change an appointment
We may occasionally need to cancel, reschedule or change an appointment due to illness, emergencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will offer you a suitable alternative appointment or a full refund of the affected appointment payment.
We are not responsible for additional losses that we could not reasonably have anticipated when the booking was made.
12. Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the website in a way that interferes with its operation.
The website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you made your booking or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
14. Personal information
We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where you provide health-related information, we use it to assess treatment suitability and provide your treatment safely and appropriately.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The terms that apply to your booking are the terms in effect when your appointment is booked. Changes will not affect your confirmed booking unless the change is required by law or you agree to it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law that applies where you live.
